Please contact us today for more information on our fees for service and payment details. To verify your deductibles or co-payments for therapy services, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.

Accepted With Stipulations:

  • AARP (As Secondary to Medicare)

  • Cigna (If not processed through American Specialty Health)

  • Gisbar (Not in Network for East Jeff/West Jeff/Tulane)

  • LAHAP (Louisiana Health Access Program-as Secondary Insurance only)

  • Ochsner (requires benefit verification to ensure we are in-network with plan)

  • Signature Blue (We are Tier 2 – Out of Network benefits)

Not Accepted:

  • 3rd Party Automobile Insurance

  • Any form of Medicaid as a Primary or Secondary.

  • Blue Advantage

  • LCMC plans

  • United Healthcare Dual

  • Well care
