Dr. Leighton Zeigler

PT, DPT, Physical Therapist

Leighton is a licensed physical therapist who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She first received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond before pursuing her doctorate at LSUHSC.

Leighton is passionate about delivering creative, personalized care that meets each patient’s unique needs and goals. She takes a holistic and thoughtful approach to treatment, integrating evidence-based practices with clinical expertise to ensure the most effective outcomes. Her commitment to helping individuals move better, recover fully, and improve their overall quality of life makes her a valued member of the team and a trusted resource for those navigating injury, recovery, or performance challenges.

Outside of the clinic, Leighton enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, playing with her nephews, cooking and baking, reading, playing piano, and staying active in her local church community. Her balance of professional excellence, personal warmth, and faith-centered values helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for all her patients.
