Lem is our Central Scheduler and Virtual Medical Assistant who is passionate about helping both patients and providers have a smoother, more supportive experience.

She has experience in patient communication, calendar management, referrals, and administrative support. She takes pride in being reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.

Outside of work, Lem is a proud mom of four amazing children who are her greatest joy and motivation. She loves spending quality time with her family – whether it’s having picnics, playing badminton, watching movies, or enjoying her favorite K-dramas.

Lem is excited to be part of the Magnolia team and looks forward to growing, contributing, and making a positive difference every day.
