About Christopher
Christopher is a Millsaps College graduate with a degree in Biology and a minor in Health and Fitness. As a former college athlete, he is dedicated to building strength, power, and functional fitness, with a passion for helping others achieve their own fitness goals through structured, progressive training. He is a creative thinker exploring meaningful culinary concepts and techniques. A lifelong learner with a curiosity for history, language, and the world beyond the gym, he also proudly holds membership in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
